Grade 2 Honey Fox

Race 12:  Grade 2 Honey Fox:  8 furlongs - TURF

EB Ryder The six-year-old mare is working on a losing skein of at least a dozen races, five of which were second place finishes.  Might be worth considering in the exotic bets at a big price, but not for the win.
Celestine She rattled off four straight, three in listed stakes before falling in a Grade 2 last fall.  She was beaten a mere neck by one of today's favorites two back so you have to consider her at a fair price today.
Mississippi Delta Seems to be the quickest of these so she'll probably be the target they are all chasing as they hit the far turn.  Would be a surprise to see her last the distance today.
Sandiva The bad news is that she's faced today's rival Lady Lara on three occasions and lost in all of them.  The good news is she LOVES Gulfstream Park (4/3-1-0) and goes for Todd Pletcher and Javier Castellano.  What you've got to wonder about is that the lone loss here at Gulfstream was in THIS RACE last year on Derby Day to, wait for it......Lady Lara!
Tammy the Torpedo The Chad Brown filly has won four of her last five including the Grade 3 Suwannee River here last time out.  Probably part of the early pace, but don't like the rider switch to Joe Bravo.
Lady Lara She is a deserving favorite, but no mortal lock.  She won this race last year so you know she can perform over this course.  She faced Tepin last time out and stood little chance trying to close into slow fractions behind the champion who came right back to win again two weeks ago.  Would be no surprise if she scores today.
A Little Bit Sassy She was once a major player in the filly & mare turf events but her last win came at lowly Penn National in July....not here.
Elusive Collection She will probably fly under the radar today with only one turf start, a fourth place finish in her most recent.  But she's lightly raced and has worked sharply for her graded stakes debut.  Could be the one who gets the dream trip today under Hall of Fame rider John Velazquez.
